Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY How to Book: To request our content creation services, please complete the inquiry form on our website or contact us directly via email. Be sure to include project details such as the type of content, preferred timeline, and any specific requirements. Once we review your request, we’ll confirm availability and provide a detailed proposal, including pricing and timelines. Securing Your Spot: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of the project unless otherwise agreed upon. Bookings are finalized only after the deposit has been received. Timelines: Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for scheduling and project delivery, depending on the scope of your request. Rush services may be available for an additional fee. CANCELLATION POLICY Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability. If rescheduling is requested within 7 days of the service date, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service fee may apply. No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service will be billed the full service fee.
